The purpose of this position is to gather and analyze information about markets, to assist management in making strategic and tactical decisions to realize the full commercial potential of TCI products.

  • Lead the design and execution of TCI Sales Analytics
  • Monthly Call Reports for the therapeutic areas (CNS, Respiratory)
  • Quality control and executing monthly Sales Reports
  • Executing the Monthly Presidents Club Ranking reports
  • Monthly Contest Ranking & Calculations
  • Monthly Target HCP Sales Activity Report (reach & Frequency) and Time on Territory Reports
  • Overseeing the implementation & execution of the Sales IC plan & calculations for all therapeutic areas and Sales Teams 
  • Developing and executing the Quota setting and sales objectives
  • Sales Call quota setting and monitoring 
  • Manage iRep data requests with IT for the TCI Sales Manager and Sales Director 
  • Ad-hoc reports for Sales Management (Managers or Director)
  • Manage Sales Analytics budget
  • Manage 3rd party Sales Analytics projects, invoicing and budget oversight
  • Manage iRep expense with IT
  • Liaise with Marketing on the relevant IMS Brogan Sales Report expenses


  • University Degree with a specialization in Marketing – or equivalent combination of education and relevant marketing experience
  • 3 to 5 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industry, including at least 2 years in managing Sales Analytics
