Technical Training Specialist

Reporting to the Consultant, Training, you will support training programs (Instructor Led or computer based) and initiatives.
You will also manage and administer the Learning Management System (Training Partner) which includes:
You will also design and develop training programs in accordance with Learning & Development Process (NA, evaluation strategy, design, development and implementation) by working with Consultant, Training and internal/external resources.
You will deliver Instructor- Led Training (in accordance with Learning & Development Process), on GMPs, SOP’s, E&S, Corrective/Preventative Action and other identified training initiatives to all shifts and sites, as required.
You will execute Evaluation Strategy (Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 as required) and provide summary report(s) to site Management Team as necessary.
You will schedule and communicate site training for all shifts across all facilities of Teva Canada and coordinate training logistics i.e. equipment, rooms, resources, etc.
