Responsibilities

  • Support English and French Canada sales reps and customers for orders and service across Canada
  • Accurately and efficiently enter/manage and review all commercial sales transactions including customer orders, returns, credits, product complaints, expired inventory replacements.
  • Manage customer expectations by ensuring product supply is available and when inventory shortages occur.
  • Proactively identify future product availability challenges
  • Ensuring Teva minimizes restock time periods and assist the product planners to prioritize replenishment.
  • Explore alternate product options or stock deployment staging to ensure priority customers receive product as soon as possible
  • Maintain a customer base, assess customer needs, and promote Teva products and services.
  • Build rapport with existing and /or potential customers over the telephone
  • Gather information to understand customer’s requirements
  • Maintain strong relationship with Account owners and Customer Care
  • Keep the Director of Customer Fulfillment apprised of account challenges
  • Respond to and act on all customer requests, complaints, concerns, record and arrange action
  • Process orders, returns, debits, credits, price adjustment challenges and explanations
  • Create and maintain a customer profile record
  • Improve and create efficiencies in order management processes.
  • Capture and update customer information to facilitate sales initiatives
  • Gather competitive information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct customer care calls after delivery of high priority orders
  • Solicit feedback on service levels

Qualifications

  •  Must be fluent in English and French - written and verbal
  • Community College Diploma in business or related discipline
  • Must  be able to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Oracle
  • Above average knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Access, Excel and Word while having exposure to PowerPoint, and Supply Chain Workflow
  • Well-motivated with initiative and strong problem solving skills.
  • Must be motivated to produce high quality of work
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a high performance team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
